Here are a collection of big things, taken in Nicaragua and Guataemala.
But first, another great language experience. At a coffee house in San Cristóbal de las Casas, I encountered an overwhelming barrage of questions regarding which type I wanted. After expressing uncertainty regarding what that means, a number of finger puppet examples regarding size of cup and extaction process, and further interogation of whether it was to be light or dark, and many furrowed brows from the waitress and sniggers from behind the bar, it was discovered that I was not trying to order a cervesa, or beer. BINGO. but still, the jokes on me. oh what a weapon Spanish shall be.
and now, back to the big things. (or, if you will, just a big catepillar.)
